SHIPPING POLICY
How much does shipping cost?
All packages of “Bacon” have a shipping cost of $8.25, however. All orders are processed through USPS and are separated between First-Class Mail and Priority Mail. We have experimented with these costs and have found this to be the most fair to our customers.
How long does it take for my order to be dropped off at USPS?
All of our orders are made fresh daily, and as a result orders are processed within 2-3 business days after an order is placed. All orders are shipped Monday-Friday and are accompanied with a tracking number. If there is a surge in orders, we will process them on a rolling basis and inform you of all updates!
How long does it take for my package to be delivered?
Packages usually take 2-3 days to be shipped throughout the nation! Please keep in mind that we send packages out of California, therefore causing different states to have different delivery dates.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I cancel my order?
Once order is placed, You have 6 hours to cancel your order. The short time frame is due to the fact that orders are being sent out every day.
USPS says my package was delivered, but I never received it.
If you find yourself in this situation, we urge you to contact your local USPS and provide them with all necessary information. Please contact us if there is anything we can do on our end to make sure you receive your bacon!
What if you put the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us ASAP to change your address! We unfortunately do not offer refunds for orders that have inputted incorrect addresses.
Refund Policy
Food items and personalized items purchased on thebaconguys.com are not eligible for returns and are nonrefundable unless the product arrives damaged.
If your product is damaged, you can contact us at jonathan@thebaconguys.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All of our “bacon” is made daily to ensure the highest taste quality! We take pride in producing fresh “bacon” for everyone’s needs.
What are my pickup options?
At checkout, you have an option to pick up from store. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification via SMS or email to pick up your order.
